A visionary and accomplished entrepreneur, Stéphanie Émond has built a career defined by innovation and growth, placing well-being at the heart of her approach. She has always drawn inspiration from the beauty of nature, her deep love for people, her commitment to balance and health, and an unending fascination with the arts and culture. Passionate about architecture and design, she excels in creating environments that combine creativity, humanity, sustainability, and sensory richness.
With iconic projects such as BALNEA, Bota Bota, the Four Seasons spa in Montreal, and the Manoir Hovey spa in North Hatley, as well as international collaborations, Stéphanie is recognized for her expertise in immersive design and creating multisensory experiences. Her numerous travels and stays abroad fuel an eclectic vision, allowing her to embrace the influence of what moves and surrounds her. Unbound by purism, she boldly integrates diverse elements to craft projects filled with meaning and emotion.

A renowned architect and co-founder of BE_MONDO, Jean-Sébastien Bourdages is a visionary creator whose projects push the boundaries of traditional architecture. His career is driven by a constant pursuit: to integrate well-being, sustainability, and innovation into spaces that transcend their function to become immersive and meaningful experiences.
Passionate about the interactions between people and built environments, Jean-Sébastien adopts a tailored approach, adapting to specific cultural and environmental contexts. His designs draw inspiration from natural landscapes, authentic materials, and a deep understanding of users' emotional and physical needs. His many international collaborations enrich his vision and bring a unique and poetic perspective to each project.
With a portfolio that includes residential, commercial, institutional, and community projects, Jean-Sébastien is known for his ability to combine technical expertise and creativity to imagine spaces that stimulate the senses and foster human connections. His philosophy and expertise come to life in BE_MONDO, where every project becomes an opportunity to innovate and reimagine the relationship between architecture, design, and well-being.

Art Director
After training in the arts, Véronique Dussault soon realized that her biggest strength was to make artists shine by putting them on stage. For almost two decades, she worked in event production, covering all aspects of the business, before focusing on content creation and creative management of major events. She makes her focus of creating ephemeral moments that stays in memory forever.
Having worked in the literary and cultural fields from 2000 to 2003, she then lent her considerable talents to event marketing projects with companies such as Circo de Bakuza where she been introduce to the event world and Cirque du Soleil where she creatively leads hundreds of projects. Both companies, recognized for their unique artistic signatures, enable Veronique to take part in a great number of events around the world, working with the biggest names in the business.She had been in charge of many project of Corporate alliances where she developed her straight to artistically express brand’s DNA and find commune values when it’s time to bring brands together and share their message trough events, shows and artistic installations.
It is this expertise and passion that she brings in partnering with various production companies as Circo de Bakuza, Efactor, Filmaster, MBAM, Ville de Montreal, RoundGlass, Elevation Barn, Digital District, telefilm Canada, Matane Production in Montreal and throughout the world, bringing to life the most ambitious projects.

With a strong commitment to spiritual development, his journey is shaped by a devotion to elevating human experience through thoughtful design and intentional living.
Merging his background in wellness, health, and global exploration, Sami brings a unique lens to project development—where architecture becomes a sanctuary, and every space invites connection, healing, and meaningful experiences. Guided by the principles of balance, simplicity, and timeless wisdom, he bridges vision with precision to shape environments that are as poetic as they are purposeful.
At Be_Mondo, he leads with grounded clarity and soulful strategy, ensuring that each project aligns with a greater mission: to awaken, inspire, and harmonize through design. For Sami, creating spaces of well-being is more than a profession—it is an offering of love and light in service to others.
